Got a question about our products or your order? We often get asked the same questions, so we’ve noted the most common questions down to save you time without the need to contact us.

Where is my order?

We will send you an email confirming dispatch once your order has left our facility. You should receive your items within the time frame of your chosen delivery method. Should your order fail to arrive once the delivery time has passed then please send us an email.

I've received the wrong item in my order/item missing, what should I do?

We’re sorry to hear you’ve received a wrong item/missing item. We want to rectify this as quickly as we can. Please contact us with your order number and detail of this missing/incorrect item.

Where is my order confirmation?

Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders. If you still cannot find this, please log into your account to check that your order was initially processed, and if you are still having problems please contact us!

Where is my Vat Invoice?

Once your order is dispatched you will be sent an email which includes your VAT Invoice.

Where is my order?

Once we dispatch your order you will be sent a confirmation email which includes your tracking information, click on the tracking button to locate your package. Please allow 2-5 days for your order to arrive.

What if I entered the wrong delivery address?

As soon as you place your order our super speedy team are on it. We will, however, do our very best to help you if your order is going to the wrong place. Please contact us ASAP with your order number and the correct address. Please bear in mind that we are not responsible for incorrectly inputted information, therefore if the order has already been shipped you will have to wait until the package is returned back to our warehouse before we can resend. Lakeland Cosmetics cannot cover any cost of returning the order if the customer provided an incorrect delivery address.

Can I cancel/amend my order?

As soon as you place your order our super speedy team are on it. This means unfortunately no amendments can be made as your order will already be being processed through our warehouse.

What do I do if there is a faulty item in my order?

We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received a less than perfect item and want to resolve this issue straight away. Please contact us at support@lakelandcosmetics.co.uk with the following information:

-Your name

-Order number

-Product name

-Description of the fault
