It smells great and the fur is left smelling beautiful, shiny and lovely and soft.
Her owner said she had de-flea'd her but she still had one or two, however we discovered it was alot more than that and she was not getting any peace with constantly scratching.
We started with giving her the spot on treatment and hoovered the flat sometimes twice a day sprayed it with the homeflea spray and everytime we goomed her there would be up to twenty fleas we could not get rid of them and after 4 months and to no avail resorted to ......yes bathing her with this . We were very hesitant but were getting desperate, i read up on the best tips and watched a couple of videos as i wanted to distress her as little as possible.
The shampoo smelt lovely and instantly on lathering it on her there were fleas in the water. It worked straight away. We continued with the flea treatment etc and we did bath her again about a fortnight later and again the fleas were evident immediately but they were finally getting less. She was getting some peace and being able to play and sleep without scratching all the time.We continued to groom her with the flea comb and bathed her one more time and it did the trick. She now has a soft coat and smells lovely and has no fleas.
Kills fleas
My cats coats are very soft
I nobly suffered the indignity of The Bath with commendable restraint; no hissy, scratchy or bitey bitey, and was rewarded with a small piece of chicken for my bravery.
I noticed several dead critters floating around in the bath with me so it must have done some good.
My human liked the smell but I’m not convinced and have spent the last 2 hours washing myself to get my usual fish breath aroma back! My fur feels very soft now, even if I say so myself.
I notice she has also been hoovering out my bed & has bought some flea tablets too, so paws crossed, this all works! I hope she wraps the tablet in a little bit of cheese…
