Had an awful time with delivery, first delivery the shampoo had somehow come undone and was all over everything, a LOT of product was lost. I emailed customer service, whom I can’t fault, as they sent a replacement out quickly, but I was disappointed when it turned up again it had leaked everywhere, been put in a protective envelope by Royal Mail and upon opening the package I realised the shampoo pump had actually been unscrewed/broken this time. The product itself is nice to use, the fragrance isn’t overpowering or overbearing but our puppy smells lovely and clean.

We have never used this product before and we are so impressed. The feel of Cockers coat was soft and shiny. It lathered really well not like our old product and you only need to use a little. Yet to try the conditioner but I am sure it will be the same. Also customer service was brilliant.
