Items ordered through the Groomers club, may be subject to shipping costs, different to those in our customer-facing portal, due to the size and weight of the products ordered. For more information, simply login and add the items to your basket for estimated shipping costs.

What do I do if there's a problem with my order? If there's a problem with your order, simply email: support@lakelandcosmetics.co.uk and our Customer Service team will be able to support with any queries you may have.

Can I still order over the phone?

If you have worked with Bugalugs as a Groomer for some time, you may be used to calling us to place an order. Our new Groomers Club, has been specifically designed to make ordering for you, as easy and accessible as possible. Therefore, we would recommend that you use our online portal, instead of calling to place orders over the telephone, as you can order 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, including bank holidays with our new online service, as well as track your orders online.
