Mystery Gifts
If your order qualifies for a free mystery gift, a pop-up notification will show on the page and the product will automatically be added to your basket. While you will find out what range your product is from i.e. cologne, grooming tool, shampoo, your product will be chosen at random from all of the available items in that range. We are unable to offer customisation of your mystery gift, such as specific scents or products. These mystery products are designed to be a surprise. As with all free gifts, these items are non-transferable, non-refundable, no cash alternative is offered and we are unable to exchange these items for alternative scents/products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
I don't like my free/mystery gift
We are unable to offer product swaps, so if you're not happy with your free gift, why not share the love and give it to a friend. Alternatively, why not donate it to a local pet sanctuary, re-homing centre or food bank, and share the spirit of the season! You can of course return your free gift, provided it remains in new and unused condition, however you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Free Samples
If your order qualifies for a free sample, a pop-up notification will show on the page and the product will automatically be added to your basket. You will receive a 50ml dog shampoo sample, chosen at random by our team. Samples are non-refundable, non-returnable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. As with our mystery/free gifts, if you are not happy with your free sample, or are unable to use it due to your pet's individual requirements, please consider donating it or giving it to a friend/loved one.
I ordered before Black Friday. Do I still get the offer/gift?
Unfortunately these deals are only available during the advertised time period. Daily deals will be available for 24 hours, with some offers available for up to 72 hours. Please see the individual offers for full details. Orders placed before the daily deal(s) will not qualify for discounts and/or free gifts/samples and are not amendable.
I forgot to use the discount code. Can I add it on after purchase?
It is your responsibility to add any codes to your order during the checkout process. Do to the volume of orders we process on a daily basis, we are unable to amend orders after sale to retrospectively apply discount codes or deals. Please make sure you check your basket before checkout and ensure you add any relevant codes (where applicable) to your order at the checkout, as we will not be able to apply these later, or offer refunds to the value of the discount.
