I obviously can’t comment on the flavour as I haven’t tied it however lasted long I use on lick matts spreads well & I often freeze it when applied to lick matts and my pups still eager to taste it!
Not only is this Bugalugs product free from any nasties - you know, the kind they put in human food! - it's also a good consistency too. We find it super useful for coating her toys, and for giving her the monthly tick/ worming/ medication in - a lump of peanut butter disguises pretty much any pill!
For the price (around £6 at the time of review) this is much more expensive than buying cheap human peanut butter - but you have to remember that this is much better for your animal... and to be fair, a little goes a long way.
We tend to keep it in the fridge so it's more solid and easier to adhere/ spread, and so far our pooch has loved this Bugalugs brand. It keeps her quiet for ages, and is literally the doggy equivalent of giving a baby their dummy!

The dogs really like it.
In our house, we simply can never have enough dog friendly peanut butter. It is our current foster's favourite thing in the world and makes a host of things, like bathing her, trimming her nails, crate training and giving her medication about 10x easier.
This peanut butter has a nice consistency. As it is made from 100% roasted peanuts with no added nasties, it might separate a little over time. Though that is nothing that a quick stir, or even a 5-10 second blast in the microwave can't fix.
The scent is very pleasant, as you would expect from a natural product like this. It is a bit thinner than your commercial grade ones, which makes it easier to spread on things like a like mat, drizzle it over your dogs food or mix it in with other items such as yoghurt.
So, what nicer than to share that luxury with your dog? And this product is made of 100% peanuts, so you're not jeopardising your pet's health with all the added sugars, salts, oils, etc. (When you put it like that, maybe we'd all be better off eating dog peanut butter!) Just a healthy, yummy treat for your dog.

Last time I used a peanut butter treat, the dog loved it. Had it with every meal with dry food. Although she doesn't seem to chew and instead just scoffs it.. So it's definitely tasty to her. Even when I throw on some of the joint supplement powder that she won't just eat by itself.
Good way to get a bit of tasty in your dogs diet if they like peanut butter.
The price is super reasonable too, this is a treat that lasts ages so it's absolutely worth the price. Will definitely be buying more of these in future.

This jar of peanut butter is made in UK and we should all be supporting companies and manufacturers in the country we live in.
So thought Id give this dog peanut butter (claimed with no nasties) a go and lo and behold no oil slick, and it does reek of peanuts only. Seems pretty consistent mix, not hard though as you can steer with a spoon.
Needless to say dog loves it (you could say goes nuts) so now I have to go and buy a lick mat, as I only have so much room in the freezer for kongs
Might have finally found another way to get worming tablets taken that doesn't involve sausage rolls
This works as a treat or a boredom breaker with a mat, recommended, seems very tasty and good quality, a great price too!
