Quick and easy cleaning - great for on the go dental care
I ordered this for my Saluki/Whippet who has the breath of death & is really prone to plaque as he salivates a lot. He was 6 when we got him, hadn't had much dental care & hates having his teeth brushed. When I saw these wipes, I thought it would be an easy way to remove the stains from his front teeth & I also decided to get some of the foam to help with the plaque on his back teeth.As the wipes have all natural ingredients I decided to taste them myself before using them on the dog & I was surprised by the strong spearmint taste. I tried one on the dog's front teeth which he tolerated but it increased his level of saliva & he drooled all over so I though we would be better off trying again when he was in the bath.As he only has a bath about once a month, I'm only able to use the wipes about once a month due to the amount of drooling. They do seem to take some of the staining off but if I rub too hard or for too long, he gets too distressed so we have to do more of a curtesy wipes over.I'll use up the wipes I have but won't be buying them again as they don't seem to make much different at his age & with the state of his teeth.
This is an easy way to clean your dogs teeth. Just peel off one of the pads front the container and prise open dogs mouth and rub it around the inside. Tastes of mint and my dogs don't seem to mind it either. Good value and will last three months using one per day.
We have only been using these BUGALUGS Dog Breath Freshener Dog Teeth Wipes for a couple of days.The first thing we noticed was the smell, a very strong smell of spearmint, this I found pleasant not sure if my old girl did, also the actual wipes are very wet which I thought was good.My old girl was surprisingly patient whilst I wiped her teeth, I did struggle a little with the wipe slipping off my finger, I found it easier to fold the wipe in half hold between my thumb and index finger and wipe each tooth down individually.I was actually shocked with just how much brown plaque was removed on first usage and I did use two wipes, one to clean each side of her mouth.I would say she wasn’t overly keen on the spearmint taste and she did lick round her mouth for a few moments after cleaning.She has suffered no ill effects to her demeanor nor has it affected her stools.I am happy to preserve with her daily teeth wipes routine in the hope it improves her bad breath it’s still too early to tell, although first signs are good.The tub lid seals well and is keeping the teeth wipes moist, I also noticed that there is a long expiry date of January 2026 printed on the side of the tub.Overall for the price I think it’s worth continuing with her daily dental teeth wipes and will more than likely order again.
I already give my dog a dental chew each day, put seaweed powder on his food and brush his teeth each day. He has rope type chew toys as well. One side of his mouth is fine but the other side is not good, lots of plaque, I think he must be a one-sided chewer.He is used to getting his teeth brushed and doesn't normally mind. He prefers me to use the on the finger type but it can get messy, he has a lot of hair around his face and can end up with a toothpaste beard.I decided to try these wipes as an alternative to brushing, very easy to use and not messy. He tolerated it although I could tell he didn't like the taste by the way he was shaking his head.The scent was a bit overpowering as well but I will keep on using them as they seemed to clean his teeth well.Reasonable value for money as you get 100 wipes for £7.99 at time of writing.

Not the best for teeth cleaning as you have to wrap it around your finger instead of it being like a glove. Also after multiple uses it's bot really naking much of a difference to my dogs teeth but ill keep using them for now.
My mini dachshund hates having her teeth cleaned but I do manage to use the wipes on her. Brought the toothbrush as well but no luck with that yet but I will keep trying.

Bought these thinking they were the wipes that are made to slip over your index finger. I found them awkward to use, as I feel the wipes that fit over your finger give you more control. These tend to be difficult to use, so unfortunately I won’t be buying them again. I’m sure other pet owners like them & maybe I just need more practice with these.

These gloves are made of a good quality material you know won't tear whilst using them. l was surprised how much dirt they removed from our dog’s feet (ours has dewclaws quite low down, so alternative products are not appropriate for our pooch), after he decided to have a lengthy zoomie on a very saturated lawn. Will be using them around the bottom and belly areas, and have confidence they will do the job without getting anything on my hands. Love these wipes and would highly recommend.

Excellent product to give my pooch a quick daily clean. I'm lucky enough to have a dog that allows me to wipe around his teeth with my fingers, without losing them lol. He's abit unsure of the flavour, but only used a few times, sure he will adjust. I will continue to use toothpaste and brush for a more thorough clean.

These eye and ear wipes are brilliant .. gets rid of the gunk and grime with minimal effort. The dental wipes are seemingly effective although it's early days with my furbaby as he's not keen on having his teeth messed about with .. but, I shall persevere. The baby fresh cologne smells wonderful.
Love the idea of these wipes, but unfortunately they are so strong and minty both my dogs absolutely hate them. It is actually much easier and way more tolerated by them to brush their teeth. Yes, I agree they do freshen breath, but far too potent for my two, one of my dogs actually foams at the mouth when I use them! I will be sticking to toothbrushes and enzymatic toothpaste, been using that combination for 10 years and both dogs still have all their teeth and no gum disease. Nice idea with the wipes, but falls short on what dogs actually like or tolerate for me.
I have 7 Rescue dogs of varied ages but mostly older dogs. These wipes are a complete game changer in their dental health routine. One wipe and so much dirt and plaque comes off. Brilliant product. You need more than one pad for larger breeds but the dogs preferred this method over brushing and foams.

I have been trying these out with my dog for a month or so and I really think these wipes produce good results with getting rid of plaque and build up. His teeth are whiter and breath smells great after! I like the minty smell but I don't think he particularly likes it. Hence the 4 stars, he doesn't seem to enjoy having his teeth brushed with the wipes but I think it is easier than using a dog toothbrush. I would recommend these for your dog's dental health, I just wish it was easier to clean their teeth!
