Please note:
As part of our mystery dental bundle, you will receive 1 x pack of toothbrushes (random selection), 1 x mint toothpaste, and 1 x no-brush item (wipes, foam, or spray). These products will be selected at random from within these categories. We cannot customise mystery bundles, and you may receive any combination of products, subject to availability.
We only accept returns for mystery dental bundles in new, unused condition or if the products are damaged. Individual product swaps are not available. If your dog has specific dental needs, we recommend purchasing a set bundle/products tailored to those requirements.
If you need to return or exchange your mystery bundle, all products must be returned together with the original packaging. Exchanges will be for another mystery bundle, with no customisation available.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Standard Delivery - All products excluding 5 Litre Shampoos
- Free UK delivery when you spend £40 or more. (2-4 days excluding bank holidays and weekends). Please note that free delivery is only applied to orders where the final basket total is £40 or higher. Please be aware that applying discount codes to orders, may reduce your overall total to below £40 and therefore standard postage costs will be charged.
- Standard delivery costs are £4.99 for orders £39.99 or under.
Standard Delivery - Orders containing 5 Litre Shampoos
- Free UK Delivery when you spend £100 or more. (2-4 days excluding bank holidays and weekends).

- PLEASE NOTE - we are not responsible for information which has been entered incorrectly at check out. If you have inputted your address incorrectly and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped, you will have to wait until the package is returned back to our warehouse before we can resend.
