T&C's: As part of our mystery bundle, you will receive 1x 500ml shampoo, 1x paw cleaner, 1x cologne/deodoriser. These products will be chosen at random for you, by our team from our selection of products within these ranges. We are unable to offer customisation of the mystery boxes, and you may receive any combination of scents/ functions. These could be all random, partially matched or all matched scents, subject to availability.
Please note that we are only able to accept returns for mystery boxes in new and unused condition, or if the products are damaged. We are unable to offer individual product swaps. Because of this, if your dog has specific skin/coat issues, we recommend that you purchase one of our set bundles to suit your dog’s requirements.
If you need to return or exchange your mystery box, you will need to return all the products together, including the original packaging. However, please note that exchanges will be for a new mystery box, which we again, cannot customise the contents of.

- Free UK delivery when you spend £40 or more. (2-4 days excluding bank holidays and weekends). Please note that free delivery is only applied to orders where the final basket total is £40 or higher. Please be aware that applying discount codes to orders, may reduce your overall total to below £40 and therefore standard postage costs will be charged.
- Standard delivery costs are £4.99 for orders £39.99 or under.
Standard Delivery - Orders containing 5 Litre Shampoos
- Free UK Delivery when you spend £100 or more. (2-4 days excluding bank holidays and weekends).
- Standard delivery costs are £8.99 for orders £99.99 or under

- Has your delivery gone missing? Please wait up to 6 working days after ordering, then contact our customer service team at support@lakelandcosmetics.co.uk. Don’t forget to include your order number!
- PLEASE NOTE - we are not responsible for information which has been entered incorrectly at check out. If you have inputted your address incorrectly and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped, you will have to wait until the package is returned back to our warehouse before we can resend.
