Bugalugs launch new website with new features and a brand-new look
You may already have noticed, if you’ve made it to our blog, that we have a brand-new Bugalugs Pet Care website; and we couldn’t be more excited about it, here at Bugalugs HQ!
As our product ranges have grown, significantly, over the past four years, since Bugalugs Pet Care launched in 2020, so have our expectations for good customer service and our customers’ shopping experience. Which is why, we’ve spent many, many hours this year, behind the scenes, working on, what we hope, will be your best Bugalugs shopping journey to date.
So, what’s new, I hear you ask? Well… let us fill you in below:
A brand-new navigation
We know that most pet parents prefer to shop by pet. So, we’ve split our menu into For Dogs and For Cats to make it easier for you to find the products suitable for your breed of pet. Inside of these menus, you can then shop by product type – Grooming, Supplements, Dental Care, Health Care and Bundles!
New advanced filters
Our new filtering system, allows you to refine your product searches, based on product function and even things like coat type. Perhaps you only want a dog shampoo that’s hypoallergenic? Or maybe you want supplements specifically for calming. Our new filters help us guide you to the products that suit your pet’s needs. Don’t see a filter you think would help? Why not drop us a message and we can look at adding it in!
All our products in all their sizes
In our opinion, having to choose which size of a product you want, before you can add it to your basket, is an unnecessary added step in the journey, which is why, every size of our products are now available as individual products. This means that you can quickly add the product you want to your basket, using the new ‘Quick add’ buttons, without the fuss of choosing a size first.
Subscribe and Save
You asked and we delivered. You can now buy Bugalugs Pet Care products on repeat with the push of a button and save 10% while you’re at it. We’ll talk a little more about Subscribe in Save in a future blog post – so keep your eyes peeled – but in the meantime, Subscribe and Save is available on all of our consumable products!
Frequently Bought Together
You can now quickly add products that are commonly purchased together by our customers, to your basket in one click of a button! We’ve collated some of the most popular product combinations, to help making your shopping even easier.

A sleek new checkout and new ways to pay
You can now checkout on our website in one single page, which we all know is what everyone wants from online shopping! And… you can now pay even more ways. Choose to pay by credit or debit card as usual, or why not use one of our integrated payment options, such as Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay – all of which populate your shipping details for you.
New My Account Area
We also, have a fantastic new my account area, where you can save your shipping details for next time – making checkout even faster. Track your orders, manage your subscriptions and access your wishlist.
