Another year, another unforgettable Crufts!
The Bugalugs team spent four incredible days at the world’s greatest dog show, and what a week it was.
From meeting thousands of pet parents to showcasing brand-new launches and introducing a certain very famous mascot 👀, here’s everything that went down at Crufts 2026.
A brand-new hall, a brand-new stand… and our biggest Crufts yet
We moved into a brand-new hall this year and brought our biggest stand to date.
The space brought the full Bugalugs range together in one place, with different areas to explore grooming, dental, and supplements as you moved through the stand.
Our brand ambassadors were also featured throughout the stand, helping bring it to life and celebrating the real pet parents who use and love Bugalugs every day.
Meet Bugsy… our newest star
2026 also marked the official debut of Bugsy, our Bugalugs mascot — and honestly, he stole the show.
From posing for photos to greeting visitors (and causing a little chaos in the best way), Bugsy quickly became a crowd favourite.
We even took him out to explore the show, stopping for plenty of photos along the way, and made sure he got to visit the Cocker Spaniels at Discover Dogs (he was even invited in!).
Safe to say… he’s not just a mascot, he’s a full-blown celebrity now.

New launches that got everyone talking
Crufts is always our favourite place to introduce what’s next — and this year we brought some seriously exciting newness.
We showcased:
• The newest additions to our Blueberry Spa™ range — fresh, fruity, and made for next-level bath time vibes (safe to say, the scent was a huge hit)
• New multifunctional supplement chews designed to support everyday wellbeing in one simple bite
• Our pre, pro + postbiotic range, introduced in person for the first time, giving us the chance to talk through the benefits of supporting your pet’s microbiome
Best sellers at Crufts 2026
Some things never change - your favourites definitely showed up again this year.
Top picks included:
• Our Salmon Oil, loved for supporting skin, coat and overall wellbeing
• Paw care essentials for keeping muddy paws in check
• Dental range for healthy teeth & gums
• Glove wipes, which were a huge hit for quick, easy clean-ups on the go
• And anything from the supplement chew range, which absolutely flew off the shelves
Meeting you (and your pets) is still the best part
No matter how many shows we attend, the highlight is always the same — meeting all of you.
